Founding Attorney

  Will is the founding partner of the Zoccola Law Firm, where he concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, probate, corporate law, and taxation. 


   Will is a native Memphian. He and his wife, Barbara, have been married over thirty years and they have two children, Maria and Tommy.  Maria works in educational research for Johns Hopkins University, and Tommy is working toward his Juris Doctorate at the University of Tennessee at Knoxville.


  Will earned an accounting degree in 1981 from the University of Notre Dame and a Juris Doctorate in 1986 from the University of Memphis School of Law. He became a Certified Public Accountant in 1983 and has been practicing law for over thirty-five years in Memphis. Will is a member of the Christian Brothers High School Board of Trustees and Hall of Fame.


  In his spare time, Will enjoys reading, especially John Grisham, Tom Clancy, Mark Greaney and biographies. He is also a big fan of the Notre Dame athletic teams. He especially pays attention to Notre Dame’s football and lacrosse games, as he relives his old lacrosse playing days. Will likes to ride his bicycle, but jokes that he wishes he could keep up with his wife. He also enjoys working out at the gym and walking the family dog, in an attempt to stay as healthy as possible.
